Oblivion is a masterpiece of a PC title. It allows the gamers a sense of freedom no game has ever produced before (sorry GTA but its true). Almost all the problems which plagued Morrowind seem absent in Oblivion (except the melee combat), and many of them are improved and evolved in entertaining ways. How can one say wrong to a game that looks great, sounds great, plays great, and is a sequel to one of the most beloved RPG series in PC history. If your computer has the power, go and get this game.
Sweet to the Core
Character Creation. Two hours for character creation? Just imagine when you get into the game.
Eye Candy. The closest thing gamers are going to get to a LOTR first person experience. The world of gorgeous and mystical.
Going Bad
Computer Upgrades. To truly get the best experience many PC owners may need to upgrade their rigs.
Rotten to the Core
Melee Combat. Yes, it is much improved over Morrowind’s, but it still isn’t as fun as it could have been.
